Costs for Sugar connect?

Sugar crm v9.0.1 - Pro - cloud

Hi All - we are just moving from on prem outklook to outlook 365. I've been looking into sugar connect, it seems like a better UI than the downloadable plugin for outlook.

What i can't find out from the documentation is if there is an additional cost for using it with our sugar instance.

We don't use Sugar Sell, Sugar Serve, or Sugar Enterprise.

Any advice would be helpful.

Hi john mckenzie,
The downloadable datasheet on https://www.sugarcrm.com/platform-features/sugar-connect/ shows $15 per user per month. I took the liberty of letting your account management team know about your question, but you can also reach out to them if you'd prefer to see how this would fit into your existing subscription. Sugar Connect does work with Professional, so you should be fine from that side.
