javascript error "FATAL: Uncaught RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded" while creating any entity after silent upgrade from sugarcrm professional 6.5.22 to 7.5.2.3. Please help.
I am having the same problem but so far unable to find out the root cause. Will generate Sugar support ticket on the portal. Let's see if we get any help.
@Blue, on support ticket they have told me to do following things, but that doesn't solve my issue. Try it on your instance. Please go to Admin > Repair and run the following Repair jobs: - Quick Repair and Rebuild - Rebuild Sugar Logic Functions - Rebuild Relationships - Rebuild Sidecar Files - Rebuild JS Grouping Files Once these are all completed, please take the following steps: 1. Log Out of affected instance 2. Clear your browser's local cache 3. Log back in to instance and test if issue persists.
I can't see the "Rebuild Sidecar Files" option in admin->Repair section.
After checking the support ticket that was related to this issue, I found that by updating the Sugar Teams ( Admin > Repair > Upgrade Teams ) the issue is solve as it seems to be related to some missing teams.
