Massupdate subpanel

Question

Hello everyone!

I would really appreciate some help on this topic:

When adding a targetlist to a campaign all contacts on that list are not getting an entry in the campaing-subpanel of contacts.

Is there any way to mass update the campaign sub-panel in the contacts module, so that all contacts in my campaign are associated to the campaign via the sub-panel?

Oh I see, that is indeed the case, I misunderstood your question then. Additional tip: If you want to add people to a campaign without sending the emails you can select non-email based campaign. With that you can just mark the campaign as "sent" and the campaign will be shown for each contact in the target list. To make sure there are no campaign emails scheduled better to double check Admin > Email Queue. Even when you disable the SMTP the email could still be queued. Thanks for sharing the root cause!
