I want to create process author on case module

Hi

Am also intrested in Learning Process Author..

I read the document in sugarcrm, while reading i thought its very easy but when i implement this in my application my brain was twistedddd... I followed all what there said in that document, but its not triggering.

Can any one suggest a good reference for this topic.

There is a pretty detailed process example with escalating cases:

I think you could work from there and instead of escalating the case send an email to the assigned user. It has for example a process that checks if the case is open for two days.
