Is there a way (preferably in Studio) to do a nested dropdown list?
Here is an example from another system:
The value in the second dropdown list depends on the value chosen in the first dropdown list.

Yes, we call these dependent dropdowns. The displayed dropdown values can be set based upon the current value in a parent dropdown list.
