When i write character in relational field it not show list of records

Can you be more specific on this ? Have you checked that the related module has records ? and does the current user has access to see those ? Do you see any javascript error on console or something ?

Please check your any other add-on installed in SugarCRM is creating conflict with the JavaScript.
Try to figure out the Ajax response using Firebug or Console.
