How can I make sure this doesn't happen? We're using Sugar On-demand.
It sounds like Sugar is treating these as duplicates, thinking that the same campaign is being sent to the same recipients. If this is the case, you will need to do one of the following:
1. Create an entirely new campaign record, add the target list to the new campaign, create the new Email Marketing message within the Email Marketing subpaneland then send out the campaign, or
2. Under the original campaign, scroll down to the Email Marketing subpanel and create a new marketing message entry. Then configure the new email marketing with the email template, bounce handling mailbox, etc. Once this is complete, you can use the Send emails option on the Campaign record being sure to select the new email marketing message when prompted.
