Disable User Profile and User Locale Settings for new user in the first loading screen

Hi there, How do you disable User Profile and User Locale Settings for new user from entering name and setting in the first loading screen? Attachment for reference, Thanks!!

Hi sugardeveloper11,

You can do that(disable user profile and User Locale setting ) through in Administration page.While creating new user,you just uncheck "User Wizard Prompt:" in

userprofile->advanced->Locale Settings
