  • How do you use Householding or the account, contact, financial account relationships in your bank?  We use a Fiserv Premiere core, and are primarily using the CRM with existing customers, not as a sales/leads tool.  We are wondering if other banks are using householding for existing customers and how they have their structure?  I would love to start this discussion if any other banks have thoughts or advice!
