Welcome to the SugarClub! We couldn’t be more excited to have you here. As we launch the site, we wanted to give you all a look back at how we got here and share our goals for the future.
The process that led to this launch started way back in January - it seems ages ago, we know, but in all actuality was only 7 months ago. A group of Sugars from across the company, including folks from CX, Support, Marketing, IT, and Operations, got together in Atlanta and started diving into the overall digital experience for our customers. One of the items that came to the forefront during that workshop was that we had tons of resources, but none of them were in the same place. From there, the idea that ultimately became SugarClub was born - a one-stop-shop for training, best practices, how-to’s, updates, and much more, a place where anyone could go to learn more about Sugar and how to make the most of our products and offerings.
Since that day so much has happened. A core team from CX and Marketing worked over the next few months to design a site that was easy to navigate and helped users find the information they needed quickly and easily, all the while leaving room for general exploration and engagement with other Club members. We’ve built the site on three core pillars: Engage, Learn, and Explore.
In the Engage area, we want to bring to the forefront success stories, discussions on business challenges and strategies, and provide a space where members can help each other brainstorm creative solutions to reach their goals.
Learn provides a clear path to our certification programs and surfaces all of our learning content directly within SugarClub. Check out our Live Classes, Learning Pathways, and more to level-up your Sugar skills. You can even enroll right from The Club!
The Explore area is most closely aligned with our former Community, but offers more specific areas for our various product offerings and helps users navigate to the topic they are looking for more quickly and easily. This is where you can get help from Sugar employees, partners, and other Club members to answer any technical questions you may have about our products.
Our goal in designing these areas is to make it easy for users to find the information they need, whether they are looking for the answer to a specific question or just needed a bit of advice on how to approach a particular situation. We want this to be a place where everyone feels welcome and where they know there will be someone else there to lend a helping hand - but we can only do that with YOU! Your engagement is what will make SugarClub all it can be, so please join in! To give you a little incentive, you’ll notice points and badges being awarded for your participation. The past seven months have both felt like an eternity and gone by in the blink of an eye. We are excited to see how SugarClub evolves over time and welcome your thoughts and feedback.
