The Customer Breakthrough Awards are returning for their second year! Are you ready to nominate yourself? Who knows? You might be the next 2022 Breakthrough Award Winner!
The Customer Breakthrough Awards were inaugurated in 2021 when we invited SugarCRM customers around the world to nominate themselves for any of the eight award categories, which spanned areas like customer service, customer experience, digital transformation, marketing automation, sales excellence, and more. It was an opportunity as a company to learn more about our unique customer base and how they put the platform to work for their business and celebrate your successes. Out of over 42 submissions worldwide, 11 winners were selected as our 2021 winners. And since then, we’ve told their stories at our annual Sales Kick-Off event, SugarConnected, on social media, in press releases, and in case studies.
We are so excited for the Customer Breakthrough Awards to return. We will be announcing the official categories and descriptions shortly and we look forward to all your submissions.
