Sugar 25.2 sharpens everyday workflows so sellers stay in flow and managers see change faster.

  • Dropdown Editor, modernized in Sidecar: Admins can edit in place, add or remove multiple items at once, search as you type, and restore defaults.
  • Color and font styling for dropdown values: Apply visual cues to stages and statuses, then see those colors carry into records, dashboards, charts, and reports for consistent interpretation.
  • Row-level actions inside dashlets and Focus Dashboards: Update records without leaving the page. The same quick actions you know from List View now live wherever you work.
  • Pipeline change indicators, Sell Premier: Surface movement in Opportunities over 7, 14, or 30 days. Track shifts to Sales Stage, Expected Close Date, and Likely fields from list or record views, including dashlets.

AI Intelligence Updates
