Unable to create iOS build in MACS

Hi team - we have worked through the guides for creating a custom-branded version of the mobile app, however the Mobile App Configurator is failing when we try to create the build - status is "Failed build" after approx. 8-10 minutes. Is there anywhere we can view logs or more detail as to why the build has failed?

Lance Bellew did you provide Provisioning Profile and Distribution Certificate? These are required for a successfull build

Hi Eugene Bychkov, yes we did. We also tried without profile and cert (the MACS user guide suggests trying this to ensure we can successfully compile the app) however it still fails.

Lance, in this case what were your steps during build creation? What did you customize/change from default values?

Hi Eugene Bychkov, we tried two ways. First time around name, logos, all colours and instance URL were customised. When that failed we tried again with only adding the name and logos (leaving all other fields as default) and received the same result.

We are going to take a look at MACS, specifically regarding iOS builds. Hopefully all issues will be resolved soon
