We are trying to get this tracked down appropriately. I expect to have an answer (or at least a proper direction) by tomorrow.

We have located mobile-sdk-env and have made it public in DockerHub. so you should be able to access it now.

I hope that fixes your issue.

I'm still looking into ensuring that this is maintained going forward. Or, if it needn't be, I am looking for an alternative solution. can you tell me what exactly you are trying to accomplish?
