What is PIM? How can Sugar be best used in your PIM solution? We plan to demonstrate how the Emails module can serve as the e-mail component in your PIM solution. We will cover some of the currently available Sugar tools and features to import e-mails into Sugar as well as insight into future enhancements. Attendees will learn the do’s and don’ts for using the Emails API when developing custom integrations for synchronizing e-mails across systems.
