Lock records actions (delete, update etc.) according to a specific condition

It would be great that, from the studio, an admin can define conditions that can restrict some record action.

For instance

• when my Quote status is draft, I can do whatever I want
• when my Quote status is waiting for approval, I can't be deleted
• when my Quote is approved, I can't be neither deleted nor updated
