Hello all, Do anyone know if it's possible to set a different default font for email creation? I'm not talking about a email templates but when a user creates an Email record. Thanks

My company uses an old BWC Contract Module. The main difference is the List View is different than new modules. My question is w hy is a default Sugar module even in BWC mode? Is it because we added custom fields?

I noticed that when a phone number with the appropriate format is clicked in the Contacts view, this performs a "callto:<phone number" action which connects to Skype or other compatible software. It would be useful to me if I could override this action…
