Hi!
Why can't I send mail from sugar with an email address that has this pattern xxx@postmaster.co.uk? Its impossible. But this one works xxx@postmaster.couk. Doesn't Sugar allow two dots after the @ sign?
Can any of you reading this do that? The email address disappears.

It is possible to send to email addresses with domain such as postmaster.co.uk. Can you clarify where and when the email address disappears in your experience? Also, please share what version and edition of SugarCRM you are currently using.

When entering an email address manually, Sugar attempts to look up any records with that email address. The only way I could get the email address to not stay in the 'To:' field is if I manually clicked into another field while that email address search was still being done. If I tabbed out of the field or waited for the results, it retained the email address I entered:
I recommend opening a case with Sugar Support if you are seeing different behavior.
