Tag records with Sugar BPM

Hello,

We want to tag certain opportunities using SugarBPM.
For new opportunities, the system should check if a field has a specific content and if so, a specific tag should be assigned in an action.  Unfortunately, the associated field "Tags" is not displayed in the action "Change Field" and cannot be selected.

Has anyone solved this problem before or do you have any other ideas?

    Unfortunately, adding tags via BPM is not currently possible.

    This functionality is documented as a feature idea under #79531 (you can view it here).

    As an alternative, you could use a Multiselect type field instead.

    While this approach has some limitations, such as the need to define the dropdown options in advance, I would like to share it as might work for your business scenario. 

    Multiselect fields are available in the BPM “Change Field” options, allowing you to add one or more selections during a “Change Field” action.

    Hello  , Thank you for your reply. It would be very helpful to add tagging of records in Sugar BPM. This would make it very easy to implement simple applications like our use case in a no-code approach. This is one of the reasons why we chose a Sugar Enterprise version. I'll let our Customer Success Director know that we also find this feature very important.

    Great, thanks for letting us know!

    Our Product team keeps track of the number of cases attached to each idea, so the best thing you can do is create a case requesting this feature as well.

    Hello  -  Is there any news about this requirement? It would be so helpful and valuable for using the system. Has this even been implemented in Sugar CRM 25.1?

    Hello Steffen, This idea is under consideration but is currently not in our short term roadmap.
