Hi All,

i'm on the process of upgrade sugarcrm. Currently i'm on sugar version 12.0.0. i tested system thoroughly, there is no issue except this below.

when i tried to update account module, system giving me below warning message and after click on confirm button record is updated and showing http 500 internal server Error.

could anyone please suggest how to resolve this issue. any suggestion would be appreciated.

Could you check if there are any relevant errors in the PHP error log or the sugarcrm.log when reproducing this behavior?
