Problem with Global Search "Loading" filter dashlets and no results

I have a problem in v14 with Global Search not returning any records for any of the searches.
Also, the filters in the intelligence pane show a never-ending "Loading" 

I checked the Console and the PHP Logs and the Sugar Logs, there is nothing indicating the cause of this error.
The test for Elastic connection from the Admin menu "Search" returns a good connection.


Any thoughts on what to check next?

Sugar v14.0, Application OS Rocky 8.10, PHP 8.2, MySQL 8.0.36, Elastic 8.4.3

    Hi  ,
    Here is my checklist for you; 
    1. SSH to the server and validate the elasticsearch is actually working 
    2. Confirm the settings in the GlobalSearch of SugarCRM. 
    3. How are the rest calls in the Developer Tools Console?
    4. Any error in php_error or sugarcrm logs?

    I had gone through all those steps and I could not see any specific errors on the PHP/Sugar logs, after a re-index I see problems with some modules that were added to ES Enabled Modules without my knowledge but are Hidden modules because we don't use them at this time (Business Centers, Shifts and more). I am removing the unused modules, re-indexing, and doing further testing.

    I will let you know how it goes.

    On a side note, the same issue is present in v12, no one reported issues in v12 because the users do not use the Global search at all. Their desired use would be a search by email address but searching for a specific gmail address would return ALL Gmail addresses rendering it totally useless, so they never used Global Search in all these years.
