sugarcrm 14 compose email From field keep loading

Hi there,

After upgrade to sugarcrm14 (SugarCRM Version 14.0.0 (Build 233) (Q2 2024) ), I am unable to compose email.
When I try to compose email (Click Email->Compose Email), the From field keep loading instead of loading my email.

Outgoing Mail Configuration is set and test email is success.

I am having the exact same issue. Having inspected the browser Network I see a nonstop loop calling http://<server>/sugar/rest/v11_24/Emails/enum/outbound_email_id

both the Preview and Response tabs have the word "null"

It could be related to the fact that the outbound_email.mail_smtppass field in the db remains null. Sugar is not saving the user's smtp password.
