Hello!
Can somebody help me to send a notification to the user on replying on the case of the user from the sugar admin?
If the sugar admin replies to the case the user gets the notification that someone from the admin replies to your case.
I have the portal for the users where all the cases are listed using PHP curl. I want notification in the notification icon the admin replies on the user's case.
