When using the mobile app, I can see calls logged next to the contact, but I have not been able to see when a text has been sent, as it doesn't log against the contact. Is there a way around this?
Another question related to calling/texting via the mobile app is that when a contact calls back, I am not able to see their contact name, only their number and it doesn't log into the CRM. Is there a way around this?
