Process Definition: Cannot edit change field action type

Hello, 

I just imported a custom module to my production called "processing." We also imported two process definitions that use this custom module and two existing modules (Accounts & Contacts). In production, we cannot edit any of the action nodes in the process definition when it is a change field action type. 

We have checked that all of our relationships, calculated fields, dropdowns, and connections between our new module and existing modules are correct for the fields we are using.

The one thing we noticed is in the process definition, if our module is processing, when we try to do an action, the action type "Add related record" is grayed out. Can this be part of the issue?

How can get our customer module to work in our process definitions?

  • Hi! Thank you for responding! It was 79009, we had a dropdown that did not transfer over. So moral of the story is if your "change action type" field is forever loading, check your dropdowns! Slight smile
