The sugarcrm.log can be found in the root directory of your Sugar installation. At this point I either assume a database error which would show in that log or some PHP limit which you could see in the following log on the server.

Thanks for the reply and for the hint. I was able to debug the issue Fatal Error by setting the memory_limit = 512M or higher is good.
