Looks like a problem with file rights. Did you install on a Linux machine?
Did you follow all the settings in the installation guide?
This may happen when the application does not have the correct rights in the /cache directory. Sugar must have full access here.
As it looks you are logged in, so the database whould be ok, but check that also, are the tables created and accessable?
I agree with Harald.. I just had a quick install on my SugarDockerized (fresh install) and worked just fine.
Rafael - I didn't use docker so your response is not really assisting
sugar support also getting nowhere after 3 days
the issue seems license related - but cannot enter license as cannot enter admin panel
file rights is not a problem
duplicated on multiple fresh installs now.
My apologies Andries Pretorius , what I meant is to advise you to use SugarDockerized, if you're using this fresh install for development/testing purposes.
it will overcome any environmental issues and get you going fast.
