I would say you need to check the css for Sugarcrm but why ?

Hi Olivia Forde ,
One option my be to update your "Field Name Placement" preference to "Above Field Value" under Profile > Advanced > Layout Options. Each user would have to configure it but it would allow a little more visibility with the labels.
