Audit log not working for Cases Module

By the way, I have nothing in the logs related to an error or other stuff ... :-(

Sounds for me like there is some custom code with an error in it. I would check the custom extensions for cases. Just export all cases related customization in admin - studio to an installation zip file and check the code.

Is there a vardef override in the module to disable the 'audited' attribute? Check the ./cache/modules/Cases/Casevardefs.php file to see whether the 'audited' attribute is set to true or false. If it is set to false, I recommend first checking the ./custom/Extension/modules/Cases/Ext/Vardefs/ folder for a line like the following:

$dictionary['Case']['audited'] = false;

I checked the value and it is set to true, no problem on this side. The case module is open to be audited. The data is stored in the database, within the table cases_audit.

I finally find what was wrong ... 

Some months ago I created an endpoint on the Case module, and the declaration of the api is like that :

The API's for Export, Audit Log and drill down report were passing into this api as it had two parameters, that's why I got an empty result each time ...
