Quick question on the best practice to manage out of hour Leads
We have a number of Leads coming from website into CRM out of working hours and we would like to automate a separate response based on this
Mon - Fri 9am - 7pm
Sat - 10am - 4pm
Sunday - Closed
- Created a "Business Centre" with the days and hours criteria but not sure how to use this with BPM
- Calculated fields for "Day of the week" - need support on how I extract "Hour of the day" from Date created
