Hi Francesca Shiekh thank you for answering my question. Yes, that was my first option. As far as I understand, the Salesforce Sites functionality has a web page like the ones that we can build in Sugar Market, it has a nice look and feel for the user. I was thinking about using Sugar Market or Sugar Portal to have the information nicely organized for my users. What do you think about it?

In  the portal, you can provide html pages in the knowledgebase. But the portal is accessable for registered portal users only. To see the portal pages you must have a userid and password which is saved for each specific contact. And the number of portal users is defined by the llicense also. There is no check for that number until now but it may come in the future. The SFDC solution is more open for that.
