Is there a clever way to show a Pop up or tool tip for items in a Dropdown list ?

    I did a help Dashlet for a way-too-complicated dropdown that explains the values, but honestly I don't like it at all.

    I feel that dropdowns should be very simple and intuitive, and If your dropdown needs an explanation then maybe you need to review your dropdown values.

    Would a new module + relationship be overkilled for what you are trying to do, and replace the dropdown?

    Perhaps if you have more data that fits in a few characters of text, it might be the next best solution
