Allow inactive users in all fields which are related to users module

Hi all,

I need suggestions on how to display inactive users in all modules assigned to fields and all fields which are related to users module.

Please suggest on urgent basis.

    There might be a way, by extending "./clients/base/api/PersonFilterApi.php" depending on exactly what you want to achieve
