Opportunity Side Panel - Filters - View permission

What is the default team set to for the system admin user? Filters created in dashlets should inherit the user's default team, so the only explanation I can think of is that the regular users do not have access to the default team of the admin user.

I confirmed that if my admin user has a default team of 'Global', then regular users are able to load the dashlet without issue and the appropriate filter is applied.

I deployed the changes and my Primary = Global

Can you confirm the users are associated to the Global team as well? Also, what does the following query return as a result:

SELECT 
    created_by, 
    date_entered, 
    date_modified, 
    team_id, 
    team_set_id 
FROM 
    filters 
WHERE 
    name = 'Dashlet: My Notes' 
AND 
    deleted = '0';

If the filter is associated to the Global team, the team_id and team_set_id should both be set to '1'.

I will check with the users who have raised the error, but from my understanding Global is the default for all of our users
