Hello! We have Zoom Info (ZI) and Sugar integration via Sugar Connect. When a Sales rep imports a contact, it doesn't catch duplicates. ZI is telling us to turn on list and export capaibilities. We DO NOT want to do this b/c we don't want our people exporting sensitive information.
Is there another way to catch duplicates when importing contacts from ZI?

ZoomInfo's integration creates contacts and leads in Sugar via Sugar's REST API; Sugar does not provide a native way for detecting and managing duplicates created through the API. You can detect for duplicates created through the API with queries configured in Upsert Deduplicate, and with each query you define, you can choose whether the results are merged automatically or flagged for manual reconciliation.
