Required fields only after creation

Hello all,

I have the need to set a couple of fields required only after the creation of a record.

Is there a standard way to do it?

Hello,

As Francesca Shiekh said, Damien Pochon 's solution is great and also manageable easily from an admin user.

I tried and it's working as expected!
