List View and Subpanel - Pages

Hi Taufiqe,

This is the new feature that was introduced by Sugar in the latest versions of SugarCRM for quite some time. I suggest you train your client on the new features and suggest them to adopt the new features as it is designed for a specific purpose. It is not recommended to change to the old way as this pagination helps to navigate records very easily and you can also easily know how many pages are there and what records to be selected on each page and do the list view specific operations like Mass Update, Bulk Emailing, etc.

Note - This cannot be changed through any settings.

Taufique Ahmed If you haven't yet, I'd recommend you take a look at the "What to expect..." Help Articles as these give you a breakdown of the changes that users will see between versions. We don't have a 9 -> 12 version, but you can see them incrementally from release to release and you can get more details about this change and others: 

• 11.x -> 12.x
• 10.x -> 11.x (PDF download as unsupported versions are archived)
• 9.x -> 10.x (PDF download as unsupported versions are archived)
