Is there a way to bulk create leads or contacts for Sugar Market using the API?

Basically mimicking what the UI does when importing a CSV.

I am struggling to find examples / mentions of this so thinking it may actually be locked/unavailable?

I don't use SugarMarket specifically but you can create Lead or Contact records using a combination of

Bulk POST:

https://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Sugar_Developer/Sugar_Developer_Guide_12.3/Integration/Web_Services/REST_API/Endpoints/bulk_POST/index.html

And module POST API:

https://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Sugar_Developer/Sugar_Developer_Guide_12.3/Integration/Web_Services/REST_API/Endpoints/module_POST/
