Including an Action Button that links to a specific map location (e.g., google.com/maps address}) can provide your Sales team with directions to the account's location in one click.
Tried utilising it as it is and when google loads, not picking up the variable.

When configuring the action button, you need to use the calculated option and insert a formula like the following:
concat("https://google.com/maps?q=",$billing_address_street," ",$billing_address_city," ",$billing_address_state," ",$billing_address_postalcode)
The configuration should look like this in Studio:
It's important to separate each field with a space in the concat formula or else Google Maps will not be able to interpret the address properly.
