There is a way to create a user in SugarCloud when i create a user (users module in the instance) in LH?

Hi everybody, i have the follow scenario:
I have a custom module wich represent a person who may use sugarcrm and with certain conditions he/she needs to have an active user inside sugarcrm, if these conditions meets the requeriments i create a record in the Users module with all data from that custom module, everything works ok but in the production instance, the users who creates records in the custom modules that ends in a user record doesn't have admin privilegies that's the reason i created that LH.

In my scenario the new users doesn't show up in the SugarCloud.

What can i do?

Thanks in advance.

  • Hi Tony, I have 100 licenses and 70 active users. Often, I need to deactivate users, and sometimes I need to create new users. Many fields from a custom module need to be copied to custom fields in a new user record. This process is (for us) easier to copy in a LH than to do it by hand in the Users module (new user). The only problem is that I don't see the new users in the SugarCloud.

There is a rol (human resources) wich can request for new user from the custom module clicking in a action button but this rol doesn't have administrative provilegies, and the solution do not use employees module by desing.

    Hope this be clear.
    Thanks.
