How to separate the label and the input element.

as far as I understand, this is the new core Sugar feature to display an empty field (pills view).

This design is handle by the HBS / JS definition of the field.

So you should probably can change this by overriding :  

•  clients\base\fields\record-decor\record-decor.hbs
•  clients\base\fields\record-decor\record-decor.js
