Moving Record to custom module

Hi guys!

Hope all is well

I just want to ask how I can move record from one module to another module?

I already created 2 custom module, and able to copy the data, my problem is when executing the action button I made, it duplicate the data on destination module. So what I want to do is, after copying the data to destination module, the data from source module will remove, Just want to ask for help how I can achieve this.
