Missing Action Dropdown after search something on the search box in list view

Before searching anything on the search bar action dropdown is visible as shown below Screenshot but

After searching anything on the search bar it hides automatically as shown below. So from where I can fix this.

    As per the Sugar Stock functionality, the list view actions menu will be clickable and options like (delete, mass update, and recalculate) will be available only when you select at least one record in the list view in any module. Based on your screenshot reference, I can see that in the first screenshot, one record is selected and that is the reason the list view actions menu with options is visible. 

    Please observe the second screenshot carefully, after you started the search the records will filter based on the search.Then you have to at least select one record to see the list view actions menu where you can see options like delete, merge, recalculate values, etc. without selecting at least a record, this menu will not be clickable and options will no longer be visible.

    I suggest you to select at least one record after the records are filtered based on your search. Ideally, this should work. Even after doing this, if it is not visible let us debug deep the root cause analysis.

    Ok, Can you please check if there are any customizations done in this module in the list view actions menu by any of your team?

    If not done, can you please check if this is happening only in this module or if this is happening in all the modules in the instance? Can you check and let us know what is the edition and version of the Sugar Instance you are using? Is this an On-site instance or Cloud Instance? 

    If it is a cloud instance and happening in all the modules. Please file a case with SugarCRM support team for better debugging of the issue
