I am not familiar with SugarLive, we are an onSite customer and SugarLive is not available to us, but, to the best of my knowledge, you can set up inbound email addresses to create cases in any and all Sugar editions:
The conversations are tracked within the case as long as the case macro is retained and the inbound address is copied:
