Hi, I'm new dev and would like to ask is it posible to embed a omnichannel live chat in sugarcrm??

If posible can you share with me links/answer on how..

Do you have a specific platform you would like to use? There are many that work with Sugar. OOTB, AWS Connect is built in.

Any platform would do as long as it can be embedded within Sugar. Something like having a zendesk within the crm. The client wants to reduce the porcess of going/opening to another software. They want to do everything within sugar.
