Mass Update and Calculated Value

Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on sugar CRM and I bumped into an issue related with mass update, to a point I can't perform it along with the use of calculated value (Figure 1).

Is there any way that, from a certain value, a formula would make editable the return value?

    Do you want to mass update a calculated value? One option would be o remove the calculation in the studio.

    - Mass update the records you want to mass update. 

    tip: create a report that contains the records and use a report dashlets to show the data in that report, this way you can mass update only the reported records

    When all has been updated as you like enable the formula again

    Hello.

    That wasn't exactly my goal. I pretended that by a person writing a value of the type data in the view, if that value was previous to the date 04/25/2022 it would return the value of the data inserted and if the data inserted is beyond the today's date, then the date value would change for today's date. Up until now, I was able to make a workflow that is responsible for returning the pretended value being this one either before the date or after.
