Approval BPM Hiding Quote Fields

Hi Sugar Clubbers,

I have created a BPM with an approval flow to be triggered when a quote is Closed Accepted. A user then checks the quote for a signature and make sure all the values are correct before a user is allowed to place orders. Unfortunately on the Process screen, a number of key fields are not displayed (screenshots attached). If i go into the regular quote view as the same user, the values are displayed.

Another issue is that i can't approve the quote without some of these fields. I get the following error:

Error In order to Approve, all required fields must be filled in; however, you may still Reject or Route this record.

The fields it then highlights are 3 of the 4 fields with hidden values, all of which are not required fields.

If i log in as an admin user, the signature field shows but the others highlighted are hidden. Again, all show if i go to the actual quote.

any suggestions??

    Sorted it myself. The highlights fields are custom. removed them from the totals section in quote config which stopped the issue there but since removing them the signature image has been displaying as well.
