faced java.net.UnknownHostException while deleting a record from account module

Hi Sugar Team, 
 We faced below error first time when tried to delete record.Can you help when normally this exception comes? 
 An error occurred while invoking the REST endpoint.[[java.net.UnknownHostException: sg-testinstance.demo.sugarcrm.com

Hi Shubhangi, 
 It's an unusual response since is one of our demobuilder instances. 
 It's a *.demo.sugarcrm.com type of NS lookup and will always reply back ok, it seems to be a network issue on your side.. UnknownHostException is coming from your DNS not public NS. 
 Check your network settings.
