Do you have covered "if subscribed registered url dont sent acknowledgement(receipt of received notification) then you will try to resend notification" in sugarcrm weblogichook.
Actually when we get notification from SugarCRM for any event then System sent an acknowledgement back to SugarCRM confirming the receipt of the notification...
If such acknowledgement is not coming from System SugarCRM should retry send the notification message.
