Our Sales and Marketing team have many Accounts that they market to that are set up in Sugar. We are looking for a way to send an email alert when the FIRST Opportunity is created for an Account. Our Sales and Marketing team work with Accounts, however, our customer service team creates all new Opportunities. We already have workflows in place that alert the Sales and Marketing team when ANY Opportunity is created for their Accounts, but we want a separate one that indicates an Opportunity is the first one for an Account. Ideally, if this can be accomplished in BPM, that would be great (no developers in-house). Thank you for any insight.
